The Business Club at Fulton-Montgomery Community College held a fundraiser to sponsor a Thanksgiving dinner for four local student families who are struggling financially. The fundraising effort included a gift card to purchase a turkey and a personal care package to give to the receiving families. In addition to the food and care packages, the club also provided gift cards to two single-family students. The effort was coordinated between the students and professors and advisors in the business programs at the school. According to club members, giving back is part of their mission and they are happy to help make the Thanksgiving holiday a joyful one for all of their fellow students.
