6 Steps to Help You Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions

  1. I totally agree with Ann. Setting goals is one thing, achieving reasonable goals is another. Often times people get so inspired by different things that they tend to set mind blowing, movie-life goals. Moreover, you have to find your own way of challenging yourself to change for the better.

  2. Setting goals that are truly achievable for you is, for me, your biggest friend when it comes to keeping up with your resolutions. Often, people set humongous resolutions which they know they can’t achieve. And by doing that they demotivate themselves because they don’t see the progress they wanted to see initially. Thanks for giving me food for thought.
