Students, faculty and staff from SUNY Delhi are volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Delaware County to assist in renovating a home for a local family this holiday season. Many students from the college’s building programs are lending a skilled hand using their own tools, while many others are donating their time, energy and donations in any way they can.
Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity has been a long-standing Delhi tradition that dates back to the college’s earliest Alternative Breaks. Students have traveled as far as Louisiana, Texas and Florida to help build homes for families in need in these efforts.
