This past year, the Board of Trustees has awarded more degrees in the history of SUNY and continues to leverage the enrollment of minorities, making way for more diversity and enrichment within the SUNY system.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the State University of New York, H. Carl McCall, a champion of increasing access to higher education for all New Yorkers, discusses his vision and objectives for SUNY leading into the 21st Century. Coming from humble beginnings, Chairman McCall has invariably valued the importance of higher education.
The Chairman explains, “My mother always told us how important it was to get a good education. And here at SUNY, we want to make sure that our students have the same opportunity ahead.”
