With about 3 million SUNY alumni worldwide, there is unlimited potential in the networking opportunities, knowledge sharing, and support of the SUNY alumni shared experience. Opportunities such as networking events, mentoring, and volunteering allow alumni to harness the power of the SUNY alumni network, bettering the lives of not only themselves but the entire State University of New York system through shared connections among the campuses. Therefore, it is no surprise that for the past two years around 250 alumni from various campuses across the state have attended an evening at the ballpark to meet their fellow classmates and form new connections.
For the third year in a row, the SUNY Alumni Relations team is hosting its annual Alumni Night at the Ballpark event on Tuesday, September 16th at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets. Open to all SUNY alumni, this family friendly event features a private pre-game networking reception at McFadden’s Restaurant (attached to Citi Field) from 5:00-7:00 p.m. For only $28 a ticket, you can enjoy the reception, mingle with fellow SUNY Alumni, and grab your seat in the Big Apple Reserved Section as the New York Mets battle the Miami Marlins in America’s pastime.
Join us for this opportunity to reconnect with your fellow alumni and SUNY alma mater at Citi Field on Tuesday, September 16th. To reserve your tickets, visit http://www.suny.edu/alumni/events/. Don’t forget to wear your alma mater’s colors and show your SUNY pride. We will see you there, hot dog and baseball cap in tow!
