Year in Review

Congratulations Class of 2016!

The time has come! Commencement season is upon us. After years of hard work, you’ve finally made it to the final stretch. From long all-nighters studying for a final exam, to hours spent typing away that 20 page paper, it’s all amounted to this great final accomplishment: your degree. As graduation season approaches, all 64 of our SUNY campuses are gearing up to recognize the achievements of our thousands of students who have completed their studies. Families, friends, and faculty will gather to applaud the work of their loved ones.

With that degree in hand, a door of opportunities will be opened for achieving your future goals and dreams. Our 3 million alumni have proven that your degree can take you anywhere you want to go. This vast network will be with you throughout your future to help you fill that career passion and find ways to give back to your communities far and wide.

SUNY students, we are happy to have helped you along with your journey, and we wish you all the best going forward. As you move forward, remember all that you’ve learned at school, both in the classroom and about yourselves. You are the engine that drives New York State, and you can do anything with your skills and knowledge. Congratulations, Class of 2016!

Students, tag your photos on social media with #SUNYGrad to share your celebrations with the entire SUNY family.
